Ingredients

- Duck wings 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Poultry 1½ teaspoons
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon

In a deep bowl, mix the oil and soy sauce.

Add the poultry spices.

Then add the mustard and ground ginger.
Step 4
Pour in the wine vinegar.

Mix thoroughly.

Pour the salt into a baking dish.

Place the legs skin side up on top.

Generously brush the top side with the prepared sauce.

Send to a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.

Then turn the legs over and cook for another 15 minutes.

Shake off the salt from the cooked legs and serve.
