Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the rutabaga into 'noodles' and sauté with 5 g of butter and milk.
Step 2
When the rutabaga is ready, add the semolina, sugar, and soaked, finely chopped dried apricot; mix this mass and cool it down; then add the strained cottage cheese and whipped egg white, mix well, place in a greased mold, drizzle with butter, and bake.
