Step 1

Pour 2 cups of flour into a bowl. Make a small well in the center of the mound, crack the egg into it, and add warm water mixed with milk and salt.

Step 2

Knead the dough thoroughly, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and knead again well.

Step 3
