- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk ½ glasses
- Water ⅓ glasses

Step 1
Pour the flour onto the table or into a bowl. Create a small well in the center of the mound, crack an egg into it, and add warm water, milk, and salt.

Gradually add the flour to achieve a thick dough.
Step 3
Knead the dough thoroughly, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and knead it well once more.
Step 4
Cover the dough with a cloth or towel and let it rest for 40 minutes to mature, preferably in a cool place.
