- Shallot 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Pitted olives 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In olive oil, sauté finely chopped shallot and garlic, add capers, cherry tomatoes, and olives, pour in the wine, let it evaporate, and add the broth. Place the dorado fillet in the boiling sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer until cooked through. At the end, remove the lid, let the sauce reduce, and add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
