- Oranges 1 piece

- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté shallots, celery stalk, and garlic in olive oil, then pour in the white wine. When half of the liquid has evaporated, add olives and oregano, then squeeze in the orange juice.
Step 2
Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper, sauté in olive oil, pour in the white wine, and cover with the prepared sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and add the cream.
Step 3
