Dorado baked with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Dorado 1 piece
  • Celery salt 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Fish Oil to taste
  • Chopped Green Onions to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Dry White Wine to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pre-rub the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into a skillet and add a couple of cloves of garlic for aroma.

Step 3

Cut the bell pepper into large pieces, and slice the celery root and carrot thinly. Transfer everything to the skillet and sauté until golden.

Step 4

Add half an onion to the skillet, then remove it. And importantly, add the stems of dill and parsley (the more, the better for aroma). Sauté everything.

Step 5

Add salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 6

Then place the whole fish in the center.

Step 7

After placing the fish, add enough water to cover 1/3 to 1/2 of the fish, salt, and seasonings to taste, along with a little white wine. Simmer on low heat and add water as needed.

Step 8

Serve with the vegetables in which the fish was stewed.
