Description
Any donut will work for this burger—whether it's from a local bakery, a donut shop, or wherever you prefer.
Ingredients
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Doughnut 1 piece
- Bacon 2 pieces
- Barbecue sauce 0 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 1 piece
- French fries 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 qt
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
From the ground meat (four parts minced beef and one part beef fat, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste), shape into a small flat patty. Grill it on a barbecue or in a grill pan until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Step 2
Sauté two small strips of bacon there until crispy. Place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Step 3
Fry the potatoes in hot oil, then drain on paper towels.
Step 4
Place a slice of cheese on the burger, and on top of it, arrange the bacon in a crisscross pattern.
Step 5
Cut the donut in half. Place a patty with cheese and bacon on the bottom half. Cover it with the top half.
Step 6
Place the burger and French fries on a plate, and add barbecue sauce.
