- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Cut each fillet into 2 thin cutlets lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper to taste, coat in flour, and shake off the excess.
Step 2
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat for 2–3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plates and keep warm.
