Cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces, place it in a pot, pour in hot milk, add salt, sugar, partially cooked rice, butter, and mix.
Step 2
Cover the pot with a lid and cook the pumpkin until tender.
Step 3
Serve the pumpkin porridge hot or cold.
