Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper 0.1 teaspoons
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Cream 15 fl oz
  • Butter 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds, place them in a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.

Step 3

Add half of the cheese to the bowl with the potatoes and mix.

Step 4

Beat the egg with the milk and cream, then pour it into the bowl with the potatoes and cheese. Peel the garlic.

Step 5

Rub the inside of a deep baking dish with garlic, grease it with butter, and add the contents of the bowl.

Step 6

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Evenly distribute pieces of butter over its surface.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 320°F and bake the potatoes for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
