Danish Millionbeef Stew
Main Dishes • Danish
Description
A traditional dish from Danish cuisine, which can be loosely translated as 'a million steaks.' Here, beef is used in the form of ground meat (hence the million pieces), which is simmered in beef broth along with sautéed onions. It is best served with mashed potatoes or pasta. We chose the first option to avoid associations with military-style pasta.
