- Rosemary 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Dried Chili Pepper to taste

Step 1
Gently heat the olive oil and add chopped rosemary. Let it cool.
Step 2
Brush the steak with the prepared rosemary oil and season with black pepper. Place it on a well-heated grill and cook on one side for 1 minute. Rotate the steak 90 degrees, flip it to the other side, and cook to your desired doneness. Move it to the oven or wood-fired oven and cook to your desired doneness.
Step 3
Let the meat rest for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse salt and black pepper on top.
