  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Flaky sea salt to taste
  • Dried Chili Pepper to taste

Step 1

Gently heat the olive oil and add chopped rosemary. Let it cool.

Rotate the steak 90 degrees, flip it to the other side, and cook to your desired doneness. Move it to the oven or wood-fired oven and cook to your desired doneness.
