- Pickles 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled cuttlefish into strips, slice the carrot, parsley, and onion, and sauté them.
Step 2
Peel the pickles, remove the seeds, and sauté them.
Step 3
Mix all the vegetables, pour in the tomato sauce, and stew for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the sliced cuttlefish, salt, and pepper, and stew for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with fried potatoes.
