- Campbell's Beef Broth ½ cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- Beef 10 oz
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a mixture of minced meat, beaten egg, milk, rice, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and form cutlets.
Step 2
Fry in butter with onion.
Step 3
In a pot, place finely chopped peeled tomatoes, bay leaf, and pour in the broth. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Serve the cutlets with thick sauce.
