Cutlets with Horseradish

Ingredients
- Beef 0 lbs
- Onion 2 heads
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root 5 oz
- Table Mustard 2½ tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Chicken Broth 1½ cups
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder twice.
Step 2
Add the peeled, washed, and finely chopped onion and egg, the breadcrumbs soaked in water (0.5 cup), salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pour in a little cold boiled water, mix everything well, and form small cutlets from the resulting minced meat.
Step 4
Grease the cutlets with a mixture of finely grated horseradish and mustard, roll them well in the remaining breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in hot oil.
Step 5
After that, pour the broth into the pan with the cutlets and simmer until cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with boiled potatoes and lightly salted cucumbers.
