Cutlets in Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef 10 oz
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- White bread 3 slices
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Pistachios 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the crusts from the bread and soak in milk.
Step 2
Pass the meat and bread through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper, and form into cutlets.
Step 3
Place sliced onions in a greased pot, then add the meat. Season with salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Cook in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with yogurt, add the wine. Pour the sauce over the cutlets and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished cutlets with chopped herbs.
