Cutlets in Melted Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Bread roll ½ piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Dill 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the ground meat through a meat grinder with the onion. Mix with the egg and soaked (in milk) bread roll.
Step 2
Add Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
With wet hands, shape the cutlets, coat them in flour, and fry on both sides.
Step 4
Chop the dill and garlic clove. Mix with the melted cheese (I used mushroom-flavored cheese).
Step 5
Place the cheese in the pan with the cutlets, add water. Simmer until cooked on the stove or in the oven. At the end, thicken with flour.
