Ingredients
- Malt Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Oregano 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix wine vinegar, lemon juice, vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Shape 4 cutlets from ground beef. Place in the marinade and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Remove from the marinade and grill until browned on the outside but pink inside. Drizzle with sauce.
