- Onion 1 head
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 10 oz
- Water 5 fl oz

Step 1
Mix the chopped onion with the ground meat, a pinch of chili, salt, and flour. Slowly pour in the water and mix well. Then divide into pieces the size of a chicken egg.
Step 2
Roll out each piece thinly and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve with a green salad.
