Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Potatoes 4 pieces
- Tomato 1 piece
- Tomato Paste 1 teaspoon
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground chili pepper ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a skillet over medium heat and heat the oil. Add the cumin and sauté for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
Step 2
Add diced potatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt, ground chili, and turmeric, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Mince the garlic and ginger, add to the potatoes, stir, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the green beans, finely chopped tomato, and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a few more minutes until the potatoes are soft. Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice.
