Description
One serving contains 225 kcal. You can substitute sea scallops with shrimp. They need to be cooked for 4-5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Scallops 15 oz
- Chopped Green Onions ¼ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Potato 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the scallops, take the skillet off the heat, and drain the butter.
Step 2
In the same skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the onion, flour, curry, and salt to the skillet, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Pour in the broth and milk. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. After boiling, cook for 1 minute. Then add the chopped tomato and sautéed scallops. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with rice. Bon appétit!!
