Crispy mini pork schnitzels breaded with grated cheese
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 teaspoons
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the meat, pat it dry with a paper towel, and slice it into thin pieces.
Step 2
Pound each slice well and cut it in half. Season with salt and pepper, then coat all sides in flour.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater for the breading. Whisk the eggs, then mix in the cheese and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 4
Dip each slice of meat into the egg and cheese mixture, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in hot vegetable oil for 3–4 minutes on each side. Place the cooked schnitzels on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat.
Step 5
Wash the lemon. Slice it into thin rounds. Serve the schnitzels with a crispy cheese coating alongside the lemon, optionally garnishing with a fragrant sprig of parsley or cilantro.
