Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take three bowls or plates: in the first, mix flour, salt, and pepper; in the second, lightly beat the eggs; and in the third, place the breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Coat each piece of meat first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Heat a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, place the chicken sticks in the pan, and fry them on all sides for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
