Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Garlic ½ head
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Feta cheese 4 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Dried Dill Stems to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the ginger root, crush the garlic cloves with a knife, and place them in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Sauté this mixture.
Step 2
While the ginger and garlic are frying, dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Sauté the tomatoes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
After about 5 minutes, pour in the balsamic vinegar to taste and add the dried dill. Continue stirring.
Step 4
After a few minutes, add the feta cheese, cut into small cubes (it's better to buy pre-cut cheese). Stir until the cheese starts to melt.

Serve the garnish on a plate, topping it with a few cubes of feta cheese and dill.

Pound the chicken breast with a kitchen mallet and place it in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Pour in the balsamic vinegar and simmer the chicken covered until cooked through.

Serve on a plate next to the garnish and drizzle with balsamic sauce.
