- Coconut flakes ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Spices to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the wings and cut each into three parts. Do not use the thin tip of the wing. To ensure the meat is tender, soak the wings in salted water for one hour.
Step 2
Prepare the breading. Crush the cornflakes and mix them with flour, breadcrumbs, ginger, herbs, ground garlic, and the pepper mix.
Step 3
Coat the wings in the breading on all sides and fry in a large amount of oil for 20–30 minutes.
