Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb brisket into pieces, salt it, fry it, pour in the tomato-sour cream mixture, and simmer for 8–10 minutes. In a separate pan, fry the potatoes in butter.
Step 2
Slice the apples into wedges. Make the dough from flour, half an egg, and water.
Step 3
Distribute the apples, fried potatoes, and 2 pieces of meat into pots, add raisins and wine, pour in the sauce in which the meat was cooked, cover with a dough lid, and place in the oven for 8–10 minutes.
