- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Safflower Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, add the flour and salt, and slowly pour in the milk. Whisk until there are no lumps, then strain the batter through a sieve into another bowl or mug. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Place a frying pan over medium or high heat, add a little sunflower oil. Wait until the oil starts to smoke lightly.
Step 3
Drain the excess oil, then pour a ladleful of batter to cover the bottom in a thin layer. Put the pan back on the heat and cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is light golden brown.
Step 4
Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then slide the crepe from the pan onto a plate.
Step 5
Serve immediately — you can fold or roll it up, sprinkle with sugar, and garnish with lemon slices. Continue making crepes until the batter is finished. Add oil as needed.
