- Rabbit 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Ham 0 oz
- Dark rum 1 teaspoon
- Dry White Wine 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Combine 200 grams of rabbit, 40 grams of diced ham, and 1 sliced onion, season with salt and pepper, add 1 teaspoon of rum and 1 teaspoon of dry white wine, and let it marinate for 1–2 hours.
Step 2
Sear the rabbit in the oven until partially cooked, then continue cooking until done.
Step 3
Place the cooked rabbit on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with herbs. Serve with boiled rice and beans.
