- Cream 0 fl oz
- Butter 1½ tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place the steaks in the heated butter in the skillet.

Once the bottom side is browned, flip them over.
Step 3
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 4
After 3 minutes, flip again, reduce the heat, and pour in the cream.
Step 5
Season with black pepper, add salt, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
