Ingredients
- Striploin steak 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the meat rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a grill pan and place the striploin in it.
Step 3
Season with salt.
Step 4
Add ground black pepper.
Step 5
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 5–6 minutes.
Step 6
Grease the foil with butter.
Step 7
Place the steak on the butter.
Step 8
Top with a thin slice of butter.
Step 9
Wrap in foil.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, remove from the foil, transfer to a plate, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
