Creamy Salmon Steak
Ingredients
- Salmon 15 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lime 1 piece
- Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the garlic clove in half.
Step 2
Add the garlic to the heated olive oil in the skillet.
Step 3
Add the rosemary.
Step 4
Place the steak in the skillet and sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with lime juice.
Step 6
Flip and season with pepper.
Step 7
After 2–3 minutes, add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
Add the herbs de Provence and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 9
Season with salt and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and serve.
