Creamy Salmon Steak
Ingredients
- Salmon 5 oz
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Lime 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pat the steak dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Carefully separate a portion of the skin from one side with a knife.
Step 3
Roll the steak into a spiral and tie it with kitchen twine.
Step 4
Melt the two types of oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Place the steak in the skillet and season with salt. Sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Drizzle with lime juice.
Step 8
Flip the steak and season with salt. Sear on medium heat for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 9
Add cream on top.
Step 10
Drizzle with lime juice.
Step 11
After 1 minute, transfer the steak to a plate.
Step 12
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
