Ingredients
- Pumpkin 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Water 1½ glasses
- Salt to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft.
Step 2
Chop the pumpkin finely, add it to the onion, and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add water and salt. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the pumpkin is tender. Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in the cream. Return to the heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Pour into plates and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
