- Frozen White Mushrooms 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Brie cheese 5 oz
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the mussels.

Exactly 1 minute later, drain the water.

In a deep skillet, melt the butter and olive oil.

Add the mussels.

Stir after 2 minutes.

After another minute, add salt, stir, and reduce the heat.
