Ingredients
- Crayfish 50 pieces
- Dried Dill Stems 1 bunch
- Rock Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vodka 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil water, then add dill, salt (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water), and butter to the boiling water. Then add the crayfish to the broth.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, crushed by hand, halved garlic cloves, and the chili pepper (cut each into three pieces).
Step 3
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, then add the vodka and, turning off the heat, let it steep for at least half an hour.
