Description

Crayfish in White Wine

Ingredients

  • Crayfish 10 pieces
  • Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the washed crayfish in a preheated pot where you have melted a tablespoon of oil, and sauté until pink, turning with a fork.

Step 2

Sprinkle the crayfish with salt, pepper, ground cumin, add 2 bay leaves, pour in the white wine, and cover the pot, cooking for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Once the crayfish are ready, remove them and place them in a bowl or on a plate, covering with a lid.

Step 4

From the broth obtained while cooking the crayfish, prepare the sauce. Strain the broth through a sieve into a pot, place it over heat, add the flour mixed with a teaspoon of oil. Boil for 1–2 minutes and, after removing from heat, add more oil, stirring with a spoon until it dissolves into the sauce.

Step 5

When serving the crayfish, garnish the dish with sprigs of parsley. Serve the sauce separately.
