- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Crawfish Tails in Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Shrimp 10 oz
- White Vermouth ½ cup
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the crayfish and shrimp. Remove the meat.
Step 2
Mix the butter and vegetable oil and heat in a skillet. Add the crayfish and shrimp meat and sauté for about 5 minutes; then pour in the vermouth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
