Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine 15 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Breadcrumbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the crab sticks and cheese in a blender. Transfer to a bowl, add the eggs, garlic (pressed), a little salt (depending on the saltiness of the cheese), pepper, and mix. If the mixture is too liquid, you can add breadcrumbs. I did not add any.
Step 2
Shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
