Ingredients
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Shallot 1 head
- Apple Wine 0 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tobiko Caviar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
Step 2
Finely chop the shallots and garlic, and sauté them in a large deep skillet with 20 grams of butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour the wine into the skillet, add soy sauce, and reduce the liquid by half.
Step 4
Add the remaining butter and melt it. Add the crab meat cut into large pieces, stirring to coat the crab in the butter, and heat through.
Step 5
Add the pasta and tobiko caviar to the sauce, mix well, and heat for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from heat, plate the dishes, and serve immediately.
