- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1½ tablespoons
- Spices ½ tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- TABASCO® 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander 3 tablespoons
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, add the breadcrumbs, crab meat, chopped chili pepper (seeded), coriander, egg, soy sauce, and spices. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into eight parts. Dust your hands with flour and shape the mixture into patties. Lightly dust the patties with flour mixed with spices.
Step 3
Heat 250 g of vegetable oil in a skillet and carefully fry the patties for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, TABASCO, and coriander. Mix well and pour into small serving dishes.
Step 5
Arrange the patties on serving plates and place the sauce dishes alongside. Garnish with lime wedges.
