Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Panko breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Crab Meat 15 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix finely chopped red bell pepper, parsley, finely chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well and add the crab meat. Mix again thoroughly.
Step 2
Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
Step 3
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the patties in the skillet and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
