Ingredients

  • Couscous 1 cup
  • Boiling water 1½ cups
  • Arugula 5 stems
  • Ramiro Pepper ½ piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
  • Sumac ½ teaspoon
