Couscous with Salmon and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Couscous 1 cup
  • Salmon 15 oz
  • Spanish onions ½ piece
  • Asparagus 5 oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice ½ tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinated cherries 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and add it to the juice. Add the oil.

Step 2

Grill the fish on a preheated grill. Cut into small cubes.

Step 3

Boil salted water and cook the asparagus (3–5 minutes). Prepare a bowl of cold water and place the asparagus in it.

Step 4

Pour couscous into boiling water, remove from heat, and let it sit for 6–10 minutes, then drain the water.

Step 5

Chop the onion and asparagus, mix with the fish and couscous. Dress with the sauce.
