Couscous with Jalapeño Pepper
Ingredients
- Couscous 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Marjoram ½ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the couscous in a deep dish and add marjoram.
Step 2
Also add basil.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over it.
Step 5
Cover with a lid for 4 minutes.
Step 6
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 7
Fluff the couscous with a fork, then add the butter and mix after half a minute.
Step 8
Add the tomatoes.
Step 9
Add the spicy pepper.
Step 10
Mix and serve, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
