- Apple Cider Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Chili jam 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Ground ancho chili pepper 2 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste

Step 1
Simmer the ribs for 45-60 minutes until they become tender.
