Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Adjika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and herbs. Add adjika to taste; I added about half a teaspoon. Add a little salt.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and place them in a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil. Add a little salt. Evenly spread half of the resulting mixture on top.
Step 3
Slice the cheese into thin slices and evenly layer it on top so that it covers everything. Evenly spread the remaining half of the mixture on top and fry under a lid for 10 minutes.
