Cottage Cheese Pudding in the Microwave
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Poppy seed paste 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar. Add vanilla sugar, salt, and lemon juice, and mix.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese and mix until smooth. Add the semolina and poppy seeds, mix again, and transfer to a silicone mold.
Step 3
Place the mold in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on maximum power. Then, without opening the microwave door, let the pudding 'rest' for 2 minutes. After that, cook for another 1.5 minutes at the same power.
Step 4
Serve warm with jam, yogurt, or sour cream.
