Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, mash, and squeeze out excess liquid.

Mix the cottage cheese with the grated hard cheese, add salt (salt for the entire casserole, as the zucchini is not salted), and add the minced garlic.

Beat the eggs and gently mix them with the cheese mixture.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, layer the zucchini, and pour the egg and cheese mixture over it, mixing slightly.
