  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
  • Mustard Greens 5 oz
  • Celery salt 0 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a deep microwave-safe container, bring 500 ml of water to a boil, add salt, and stir.

Step 2

Add the cornmeal, cook for 15 minutes, then reduce the power to medium and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Slice the red fish into thin pieces.

Step 4

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into thin half-rings, then heat it with melted butter at full power for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add the fish to the onion and cook at full power for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Mix the cooked porridge with the onion and fish.

Step 7

To prepare the sauce, wash, dry, and chop the celery.

Step 8

Mix the tomato paste with the mustard, add sugar, salt, pepper, and whisk together.

Add the chopped celery to the mixture and stir again.
